All goods are thoroughly checked prior to leaving our store. However we are aware that sometimes an oversight may occur. Should your goods be faulty please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days to be issued with an Return Authorisation number. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Once the faulty goods have been returned to Va Voom & co a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit will be issued (whichever is requested by the customer).
CHANGE OF MIND If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 7 days of your sales receipt and a store credit with a 6 month expiry will be issued to you or an alternative size sent. The goods must be returned to us unused/unworn with tags attached and in the same manner as it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item you must first email us at email@example.com to be issued with a Return Authorisation number. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.
